Our Classes

Parkour is the art of moving from point A to point B in an urban or natural environment in the most efficient way possible. Our youth course covers the fundamental techniques of parkour and how to excel at them, participants will learn essential skills such as landing safely, how to avoid injuries, precision jumping, vaults, swings, traverses and rolls.

These lessons build focus, self confidence and creativity, while building lifelong friendship's along their journey. By the end, students will have a solid skillset in parkour, a passion for healthy movement and the ingrained knowledge; that any obstacles they face in life can be overcome with ease once the right principles are applied.

Our Adult classes incorporate, free-running, calisthenics, bouldering, gymnastics, slacklining, tricking & mobility; as well as current best practices on warm up and injury prevention.
