Welcome to Hi-Power Coaching, based in Perth, Western Australia.
We currently run weekly children's classes in two locations and operate adult workshops and a mobile Parkour park by appointment.
Hi-Power Coaching is the passion project of Darran "Daz" Power, one of the most qualified and experienced parkour coaches in Australia. Hi-Power coaching established in 2017, works closely with many organisations, including the Department of Education, supplying programs to private and public schools, youth groups, shires, charity organisations, and private firms throughout W.A.
Discover Your Potential
Parkour’s is about creating your own path, over under and through, any obstacles that come in your way. Movements we use are running, jumping, climbing, swinging, vaulting and rolling. These movements are then modified, to create the most suitable path for the environment and situation encountered.

Movement
New students are taught the fundamentals of Parkour: landing, force absorption, balance, and proper movement patterns. Elements of free-running, calisthenics, bouldering, gymnastics, slacklining, tricking and mobility are incorporated into the classes; as well as current best practices on warm up and injury prevention.
